does anyone know when using your pedometer and reaching your 10000 steps per day how many calories this burns at a normal pace
i decided to go to maintenance cals 1630 as was curious to see if i could maintain my weight at this i have a thyroid problem which means i dont burn so many calories i had been on 1200 cals for a long time and hadnt lost much weight so i am amazed to find out that on 1630cals i have actually lost weight i have decreased…
has anyone been able to help their thyroid problems naturally i came off levothyroxine 6 months ago as it was causing my hair to go really thin. my doctor isnt very helpful but is monitoring me every 3 months so need some help from you guys
how many calories do you all think fish and chips from a uk fish and chips shop really has. ive looked at the data base and it varies a lot so need some help i only have it as a treat twice in a month and am good the rest of the time but would really like to know how many calories the average fish and chips are help please
:blushing: i dont seem to be able to get enough protein and calcium whilst still mainting calories and why does bacon not seem to have any protein
