does anyone know when using your pedometer and reaching your 10000 steps per day how many calories this burns at a normal pace

^ this...cals burned depends on your age, height, weight, muscle mass, exertion level..all that good stuff. Good job on being active enough to get all those steps in though0 -
I have a pedometer that shows steps and calories. Normally when I do 10000 steps it's over 300 calories. I go to the cardiovascular on exercise, choose leisurely walking and put in the time that equals the calories burned. Sometimes I have to play with it.0
