  • i was told not to take calcium within 3 hours of taking my levothyroxine as it interferes with the meds. this includes milk cheese etc and anything with calcium added. i take my meds just before i go to bed which the dr has agreed to so i can have cereal and milk for breakfast if i like. hope that helps
