I strength train Monday/Wednesday/Friday and do light cardio on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. Each session is about 30 minutes and totals 3 hours per week. It appears that 40/30/30 (carb/protein/fat) is the standard ratio for this group and I'm assuming it is what is recommended by The New Rules of Lifting for women.
