Anyone else having issues with their Fitbit reporting more calories burnt than it actually is? Example for the past few days my Fitbit recorded me taking average 5000 steps when The steps are transfer over to my fitness pal it says I have burnt 4000 cal? 30 Day Shred...Starting tomorrow
I start tomorrow . The plan : Monday-Friday do Julian Michaels 30 day shred... Saturday and Sunday off. Taking before pictures today and again after program. Plus, I run 3-4 days in the afternoons. Anyone in to start shred tomorrow. It's on YouTube for free..!
