Ideas for healthy snacks
I'm going food shopping this week, and I would like to try new things. I usually get trail mix, dried and fresh fruit, rice cakes and stuff for snacks, but I'm getting bored of them and would like to try something new to liven things up. I fell of the wagon . . . again
I need to get back on track and quickly. I gained five pounds and inches around my waist since early December.
