Hey everyone. I'm fairly new here. Been on here for a week and already lost about 8 pounds. I was wondering if anyone here knew where I could watch full free versions of workouts. I normally surf youtube, and I found a couple of good ones. Like Billy Blank's bootcamp, but my muscles are getting to use to the workout now that I'm doing it every day and I need to switch it up. I'm a bit in a tight bind money wise, so I can't afford to go out and buy a bunch of workout dvds. So, if anyone knows of any good sites or links to free effective workouts, please throw them my way. :)

Also, I'm feeling a little discouraged since I worked out for 2 hours yesterday and didn't lose anything. Not even a .2 pounds. I would appreciate some advice and tips, too.

I use ExerciseTv.tv for free workouts...they have all types yoga, cardio, toning, abs, strength training and all in full length. I like this site because it has a selection of short vids and quick workouts or lengthy ones.

    Highly recommended!
  • There are some good free podcasts on iTunes that have workout vids on them -- as far as the weight loss goes, I noticed on your profile page that you have an 30 pound loss goal for one month -- this is not a realistic, sustainable, or healthy goal. It's better to have a 1- 2 pound weekly goal and to eat all of the calories that your body needs to make a long term (key words) transformation. Not eating enough will put your body on the fast track to starvation mode, and having unrealistic goals can also make you feel discouraged when you have nothing to be discouraged about! You're doing a great job by taking steps to improve your health, and by working out regularly, you're on the right track.
