I agree with this.I always seem to do a lot better when I weigh myself daily compared to weekly. It helps me get to know my body, and if I need to push harder in my workouts or change my eating habits.

Turbo Fire rocks! I just started it a week ago and I've already lost 8 pounds by combining Turbo Jam along with it. You are definitely my inspiration to keep going. Those are some amazing results for just a months worth. =)

When I lived in my old apartment that had carpeting I use to go barefoot, but then I messed up my ankles so I started wearing sneakers. It helped me do the moves easier, too. Especially like jumping jacks.

Weighing yourself daily isn't so terrible, as long as you remember that weight fluctuates from water retention or after eating a heavy meal. Definitely do it. I have AC but I always open my windows in the evening to cut down my bill. And just bundle up at night ( put an extra blanket or wear warm jammies ) that way you don't catch another cold. Drinking hot tea or coffee helps, too. :)

mini goals are great and help keep you motivated. and they tend to be more realistic and easier to stick with, since their smaller. mine are to lose 4-5 pounds every two weeks. and every two weeks when i meet my goals, i treat myself to something.

I have tried it and I personally don't like it that much. I heard his workout with Insanity is much better and more effective. Hip Hops I find wasn't challenging enough.
