So it seems the pounds are coming off, but when did any of you start seeing a difference in how your clothes fit? I am getting frustrated with that part. I go to the gym at least 6 days a week, would like to go everyday, but sometimes life happens. Anyhow - I usually just walk on the treadmill for anywhere between 45-60 min.
