  • Keep at it. Eat less and move more. That seems to be working for me. Weight is coming off slow, but I have always been told if you lose it slowly, it's more likely to stay off :) Good luck and DON'T GIVE UP!!!
  • I've always wondered this. I have really just been walking on a treadmill. Wanted to lose some fat/weight before starting on weights. I wasn't sure if that was the right thing to do.
  • I'm walking and can't seem to lose more than 7 :( I have been going a little over a month. I have added a few weight machines too so I could be building a little muscle which could be why the scale isn't moving, but clothes don't feel any different either. Not sure what is going on :( Keep at it.

  • I want to have my masters degree in school counseling already (I start on that a week from Monday) and work and live in Florida. Mostly just live in Fl. I (think) I want that more than ANYTHING!!!

  • What is the best way to accurately get a calorie count?? I stay under my calories anyway so that helps.
  • I base it on the calories that the treadmill gives me. That is why I am hoping it is accurate. I press the Personal Trainer button and hit Calories Goal. I type in 500. I don't do the heart-rate since it doesn't ask for it. I hate holding onto that bar the whole time.

  • I've always heard diet is worse than regular. Try to avoid ALL soda if you can. Gave it up 15 years ago or so and only occasionally do I have a root beer, but other than that I don't drink it at all :)
