if i dont exercise everyday will i gain weigt

cant loose that belly flab
I lost 48 pounds and seem to be at the right weight now ( 149) but I still have some belly and love handle flab....I do 40 crunches and squats, I run 4 miles a day and bike on days I dont run..I do this 7 days a week...

apples are higher in gi than pizza ??? I may as well eat ice
I thought eating an apple every night after supper was a good snack...now I see they are hi in carbs and have a gi higher than 2 slices of pizza !! Guess ice cream would be better

HDL= 102 LDL=70 Tryglics. = 50 Dr is pleased as punch...Weight is down to 149 from 197 and he said keep up the good eating and exercise....

Ok my weight is where I want it at 149/150 Every night i eat a couple spoons full of ice cream...My diet is fairly low carb anyway..Check out my diet..Will the ice cream hurt me ? I am working out running or biking 7 days a week plus lead active lifestyle
