Ok I got my weigt where I want it, 141 pounds down from 197...I exercise every day 7 days a week..I run 5 miles one day, bike 21 miles te next day, I do tis every day, 3 times a week I do weigts, bench press and hammer curls mainly, some crunces etc..We were on vacation a week ago and I did my same workout BUT every nigt we ad a huge ice cream cone...I came home 4 pounds lighter !
Now IF I cut my workout to 5 days a week I wonder if I would put weight on..Right now my HDL is 117, LDL is 70, resting hr is 41 bp is 117/60

Try it and see. You can always make micro adjustments if you aren't where you want to be.0

you'll gain weight if you eat more calories than you are burning so just eat your maintanence calories on days you don't exercise and don't go over that you'll stay the same weight. But of course the body doesn't follow a formula so this is the accepted theory good luck0
