heart monitor and calorie tracker
I've been thinking about getting something that will help me track my calories burned and calories taken in and it also has a heart monitor. Something thats reliable......anyone have any suggestions. I basically just run on the treadmil and outside. If I get a chance to go to the gym I'll use the elliptical

feeling unmotivated and stuck....
I could really use some friends on here that I could look to for motivation. I have been stuck at 157 for almost a month now and can't get myself to stick to my diet or exercising. I feel like I just don't have the energy anymore...ugh! I need some change!

Hot (Bikram) Yoga?
Friends of mine go to hot yoga classes. It's a 90 minute class and you are in a 105 degree room. I'm supposed to go with them tomorrow and the class is from 630p-8p. eating schedule help!
I need some advice on a eating schedule for me. I two lil girls one is 6 months old and the other is almost 4yrs old. I work 3p-1130p mon-friday. So my problem is I am up around 630-7a everyday and go to bed around 1230a at night. I am up for too many hours so I end up eating alot of calories to keep me going. Any advice…
