I need some advice on a eating schedule for me. I two lil girls one is 6 months old and the other is almost 4yrs old. I work 3p-1130p mon-friday.
So my problem is I am up around 630-7a everyday and go to bed around 1230a at night. I am up for too many hours so I end up eating alot of calories to keep me going.
Any advice on a eating schedule? and maybe so good go to foods when I am starting to feel hungry. I eat good all day and I even try to exercise and burn atleast 300 calories. I always start to snack around 8-9p and then still around 1130p when I get home. Help I feel like I'm going to be 158lbs forever
Thanks in advance!

The key with really long days, is to spread out your food as much as possible. Instead of 3 squares, you may want to do 5-7 mini meals in a day. Try to avoid having processed snack foods around, and stick to healthy choices, so the snacking isn't as damaging. Raw veggies like carrots, tomatoes, celery, broccoli, cucumber, etc, all make great snack packs. And you could eat yourself sick on them without having a ton of calories!
Otherwise, make sure you are truly hungry when you do eat, and don't force yourself to eat when you're not. Too many of us eat because "we should" and not because we're hungry. This is often where our weight problems begin!0 -

THIS!
I break my breakfast and lunch up to eat each part an hour apart. Typical breakfast: chai, banana, oatmeal (chai at 5:30a, oatmeal around 7:30, banana around 9a); typical lunch: lean pocket, apple, carrots, greek yogurt (lean pocket at 11:30a, carrots around 1p, yogurt around 2p, apple around 3p). I eat dinner around 6p, and typically have hot tea with gingersnaps or dark chocolate around 8p. Drink lots of water in between meals/snacks and I'm generally satisfied all day. I keep calorie intake at around 1500/day.0 -
