I love this! I work 3p-1130p so I eat lunch and dinner at work.....so I yes I love love this idea. I usually bring some sort of sandwich either I made it or stopped at subway on the way to work or I eat lean pockets, not so much fun

I try to stay within my calories of 1200 and if I exercise I will add. I also have a treadmill so I will try to do that 4-5 days a week for 35-45 min. I walk and jog. I will walk for 5 min at 3.5mph then jog for 5-10 min at 5.2mph then 3 min. of walk at 3.5 then 5-10 min jog at 5.2 then keep doing that until I hit the…

I haven't gone yet. But I bought a package off of livingsocial.com or you can also sign up for groupon.com. They always have deals for different yoga classes around my area atleast. i got one for 10 classes for I think 30 bucks....which is a great deal! I have 2 friends who go and love it

I agree my guy is 6'4" and he is around 174lb and he is thin.....he is in the process of trying to gain atleast 10-15lbs lifting and drinking protein shakes

I just recently got out of the 160s. I am currently 159 :) I actually got down to 156 but with the kids sick the last 2 weeks and me not getting sleep I gained it back but I refuse to see 160 again.
