I do not like to exercise, but I will do 20 minutes on a treadmill (walking) and some hand weights and leg machines every once in a while. I know I need to do this more often and plan to. I love to Zumba and try to do that 2-3 times a week. I know I eat too much mostly carbs and sugar. As for protein I only eat chicken and beef so food gets boring. I have a hard time sticking with things, but I am fed up and ready to do this for real this time.

I try to stay within my calories of 1200 and if I exercise I will add. I also have a treadmill so I will try to do that 4-5 days a week for 35-45 min. I walk and jog. I will walk for 5 min at 3.5mph then jog for 5-10 min at 5.2mph then 3 min. of walk at 3.5 then 5-10 min jog at 5.2 then keep doing that until I hit the amount of time I have to work out. (I have 2 kids under 4yr old)
I have also started jogging outside starting last week and I love it. I put a app called runkeeper on my phone and it has a gps that maps out my run and tracks calories for me based on sex and then tracks my speed0
