Frequency of Workouts
I've been working out 5 days a week, but I am wondering is that is too much. Within a week I have hit the gym, done zumba, walked away the pounds or done a few sets of strengthening exercises. What are some of your workout routines like?

two day juice feasting (fasting)
On mondays and tuesdays for the next month I plan on doing a a juice feast. Eating as many many calories as i want in raw juices. But i need some help from my pals with receipes. Please tell me what are your favorites. I need at least 5 good ones.

that time of the month
How do u ladies deal with the pre cycle cravings? Mines starts a week before my cycle. I feel like im always snacky. Therefore going over my calorir count.

Juicing
When you juice vegetables do you add splenda or any sugar? I'm very picky about my veggies, so i only actually eat about 5 or 6 out of the whole veggie group. what can i do to make juicing work for me?

So... last year i lost 30lbs w/ this app... unfortunately I gained back plus 5lbs. So i would like to give it a try again. But this time i would like to gain some friends for encouragement anong the way. I would be happy to return the favor!
