What foods do you find filling?
I have to go grocery shopping this weekend, and I need foods that fill you up. I get hungry just about every two hours and I can't stand it! Weigh in question
My usual MFP weigh in day is Mondays. Now that with this challenge we will be weighing in on Fridays, should I change my MFP weigh in to Fridays as well, or do you think I should just weigh in on Fridays for both MFP and for the challenge? Is anyone else changing? What are your thoughts?

Kettlebell DVD how to record?
I just bought and used for the first time my kettlebell weights (used the 5 lb only as I'm soooooo out of shape) with a kettlebell DVD called Art of Strength.
