HELP!!!
I have been working out 6 days a week. Today is my weigh in day and I did not lose any weight. What am I doing wrong. I feel like giving up :-( I have been burning at-least 100cal on each day at the gym by doing cardio and some weight training.

Hi everyone, I am not new to the website. In fact I have probably used MFP for the last two years. I must confess I am a yo-yo dieter.
