Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred

Hey guys after many failed attempts of completing the 30 day shred I am back at it! I am on day 9. I am very determined to finish the program this time as my 30th birthday is approaching. I feel that I am getting stronger however I don't see any changes to my body as yet. Should I see results yet? Is anyone currently shredding? Or perhaps have shredded in the past. What should I look forward to? Also please post before and after pics. Thanks guys

    When I used it, I saw the difference in 2weeks. Not using it now.
  • I just started MFP and Jillian Michaels 30 day shred so I am not really helpful to you but have a question... How do you add this video to your exercises on MFP? Do you have to add each exercise you did individually?

    Most people log it as circuit training.
