My motivation is looking & feeling good in clothes. I hate shopping :( bc I feel like nothing fits right. I would love to have a nice coca cola figure. I'm gonna keep trying until I get there.

I have been through this time & time again. Unfortunately for them they are that weight bc they've never recognized that there was an issue at 157lbs. There's nothing wrong for wanting more for yourself physically. Keep doing what your doing & pay them no mind.

Hey, I'm no expert but it seems like you are skipping meals on some day. On some days you are either not eating breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 1lb a week is reasonable if you are eating right and exercising atleast 2-3x. I'm trying to lose 2-3 lbs a week. I'm working out 6x week.
