I went shopping at Costco today, and sampled there samples they had. I have NO CLUE how to add that in my food diary. Lesson Learned
So I just started my diet today and have done good so far, this morning I cooked egg whites with tomato and lettuce and a little salsa on a wheat tortilla for breakfast. I'm drinking water all day and for a snack I saw that I had some edamames which are my favirotes. Thinking its a vegatable it cant be bad. I made 2 cups.…

Swimming
How good is swimming when it comes to burning calories. I went swimming last night and planned on going again today, and i'm wondering how great of an exercise that is. I put on my goal that i want to exercise once a day for at least 30 min. would swimming for an hour or two be a great way to get in my daily exercise.
