Hey Everyone, So I've been using my FitBit everyday and have synced it to my MFP account. It adjusts my calories accordingly i.e. if I walk more and burn more calories. Stuck at 6lb down
I lost around 6lbs since beginning of May (about 1lb a week) and recently I've been stuck at my current weight for almost 2 weeks. I've been watching my food intake carefully and according to MFP, I should continue to go down 1lb a week but I have not. Any suggestions?

Carb Cycling
I've been doing carb cycling for about 2 weeks now and I feel pretty good. I do 3 days out of the week on low carbs then the other 4 days on high carbs. Has anyone seen results from this?
