Carb Cycling

I'm trying this new thing that I just found out is called Carb Cycling.

My diet for the week looks like the following:

MW: High carb
TThF: Low carb

I've been using FitBit integrated with MFP to help me monitor my eating habits.
Has anyone here done anything similar?
