whole grain cous cous- anywhere in supermarkets??
My local is a Tesco but they only have white cous cous, does anyone know if there are any supermarkets that may do whole grain cous cous??

upped my calorie intake- what foods should I know eat?
So I am 21, 5'10 and as of today, I weigh 186 pounds. I wanted to loose 2lbs a week so was on a 1200 intake, I have got used to that and no longer get hungry. I work out 6 times a week, 5 days 30 day shred and some form of cardio/ strength training and 1 day of pure cardio- normally a good bike ride. I have been reading…

anyone into green tea?
I've started drinking green tea with lemon, I have to say I cannot stand it but i'm trying to stick with it. Was curious if any other green tea flavours have the same benefits as the lemon one? I drink 3 cups a day without sugar, and I really hope I see the benefits but I don't know how long I can force myself to drink it!…

Hey!!! Here we go again!
Ok so last year I lost 32 Ibs ready for my holiday and looked fab! Since starting Uni and working 40hours a week, the weight creeped back in :( Bigger than ever I thought it was my time again! Thought I would try myfitnesspal this year and so far it's going well! Good luck to everyone else! Jess x
