Hey!!! Here we go again!

Ok so last year I lost 32 Ibs ready for my holiday and looked fab! Since starting Uni and working 40hours a week, the weight creeped back in :( Bigger than ever I thought it was my time again!
Thought I would try myfitnesspal this year and so far it's going well!

    Maintenance is a challenge. Many here have cycled up and down the scale several times. It sneaks up on us, doesn't it? I think we're the kind of people who will just always have to stay vigilant about what we eat and how active we are. It makes me a bit down to think that way, but I am trying to keep in mind that "the first few bites are the ones that taste the best"
    So, eating just a part of something fattening, with control, is key. I've watched a thin friend do this for years, and maybe I can adopt that as my new way of thinking! Best of luck to you!:smile:
