weight lifting diary

So just started NROLFW and trying to follow the diet plan with tweaks and I was wondering if people could look at today's diary entry to see if I'm doing the right thing?? Today was a workout day so I increased my calories, then on non-workout days to stay at maintenance. I'm new to weight lifting so any nutritional advice would be greatly appreciated
