Hi I use them in my camalbak when im cycling, I use the one for fat burning. I really like them and they taste good so I would recommend them to anyone!

A friend of mine who is a sprinter says you use your muscles differently when outside compared to a treadmill, easier on the treadmill because you always have the momentum there whereas with running outside you have to make your own

1000 calories is too low, I would never survive on that. How tall are you and what kind of things do you do during the day?? Do you have lots of lectures or do you walk alot etc I would suggest a minimum of 1200 but even that is pushing it, ideally 1500 would be better! Wish you all the luck

bike riding is always a excellent way to keep fit! I love bike riding and always did as a teenager, purchase a camalbak to keep hydrated with ice cold water and would be just as good!

personally something like 30ds would be perfect but insanity and similar things like p90x may be a bit too much but then again I don't have any research to suggest why not??
