Ok so I have only lost 8lbs but I made a mental promise with myself to take pics for every 7lbs so I could keep motivating myself. I really don't feel like I look any different but I actually believe it now, hence why I think taking pictures is an awesome idea!
Still have a long way to go but feels like a milestone!

    Definitely seeing the difference. And don't worry about the look. As long as you have motivation and willingness, scale will not lie. I am down 45, but don't have guts to put my pics to a public. Maybe one day...

    Thank you so much for posting this. I was so amazed with the difference in you with only 8 pounds that you inspired me to take some pictures of myself. I had taken before pictures but I thought there wasn't much change. I have lost 10 pounds so far. I couldn't see the difference either in the mirror but I sure can in the pictures. You look GREAT!!! Keep up the good work.

    Its amazing what a difference "only " 8 pounds can make. I can see multiple inches gone! Wonderful job!
