Has anyone ever done the Daniel Fast? Our church is getting ready to do it, and I was thinking about it, but I don't know. Any tips or recipes or things I should know about, before I decide? Or get started? Thank you!

What kind of exercises?
What are the best exercises to burn the most calories in the least amount of time. I have a goal of about 600 cal, but I have two kids, I can't just workout all day! Any suggestions?

If you think you might throw up, do you quit your workout?
I was working out tonight, after a week long break... I know, I'm terrible... And 18 min. through, I feel like I might vomit, I try to push on, but it just gets worse, so I quit.. Should I have kept going, or was it ok to quit... Just need reassurance
