I know that if you make your own pizza, you can control your calories, and add veggies. I put fresh spinach leaves on mine, and you can't taste them! I also put artichoke hearts and tomatoes and olives, and then you can use sugar free sauce or low fat mozzarella cheese... And it tastes SO much better!

I use the EA active sports 2 It also has an app, that you can work out with other people if you are on the web! It has programs to follow, three week and nine week. It kicks my butt! If you make sure you exfoliate, before, it goes on better, and sugar or salt makes an easy cheap exfoliate! Salt lasts a little longer than sugar in the shower, and feels SO good!

You can do a fitness mode, and it measures how many calories you burn! After you pick the song, and the level, there should be an option before hitting dance! It tells you how long and how many calories burned, as well as heart rate! Good luck!
