    This was from last friday..

    Weight: 185.2 lbs
    Height: 5' 2"
    Waist: 42"
    Hip: 47"
    Forearm: 10"
    Wrist: 6"

    Let's do this....

    and I already know atarting August 8th.. for a few weeks I won't be able to exercise much!
    I am having surgery.. Let's just say To get rid of some extra weight I am carring around :)

    You are correct. I have everything on him now. We do post are updates on Friday, July 15, 2011. Don't forget your exercise minutes.

    I am going to try and post this week's weigh in first thing in the morning if I can before I pack up my computer... :happy: This week was hard, with so many things going on right now in my life, I didn't do as well as I wanted at all for this week :frown: I didn't get a chance to workout or anything and tried to eat healthy but with most of my stuff packed, it was a little difficult... Hopefully I will burn a lot of calories packing and loading a rental truck and then moving it to an upstairs condo (carrying boxes and furniture upstairs should burn a lot of calories, lol!!) :laugh:

    Wow, moving is such a workout. I don't envy you at all. We have moved 14 times and I hate moving. It is a great time for spring cleaning. If you don't get a chance to post I understand if you need to post late.

    Ok - I confess I've used every trick in the book to make sure these first weeks figures are good. I guess for me the real hard work starts this week when I have no more tricks left to use :smile:

    Don't know what I did wrong when measuring - but i've lost like 5 inches of my waist!!!

    Weight - 183
    Hips - 46
    waist - 38.5
    wrist - 7
    arm - 11

    Im not used to measuring my self so maybe i did it wrong!

    So I guess I am really at a plateau... I am very disapointed because I really did everything correctly this week and nothing changed!! Not even a little inche :(

    So. My numbers are exactly the same.

    I shall put my stats in tonight when I go to curves to get measured!

    I find its better to get someone else to measure u rather than doing it yourself ohh and always the same person as well.
