I shall put my stats in tonight when I go to curves to get measured!

I find its better to get someone else to measure u rather than doing it yourself ohh and always the same person as well.

    Good luck evryone :) xxx

Sorry, I know that it is hard. I fell into almost the same category this week. I worked my butt off and drank all of my water (weakness) & I loss some on my waist & hips but gained a lb. I know that it isn't fair because we did what we were suppost to but we can't give up. Our body is fighting back and it isn't going to win. We are!!!!!

Even though the scale was not our friend we have to admit...IT WAS A GOOD WEEK and we FEEL GOOD!

CharlotteintheUSA, I notice you have exercised ALOT this week. Is it possible your body may need a break? Not that alot of exercise isn't good - just wondering since you said you did everything correctly and nothing changed; maybe your body is stressed out? I didn't lose an ounce this week either, didn't gain either...but it's hard when the scale doesn't move. Hang in there, I bet you'll see something next week.:flowerforyou:
