Came home and caught my wife......
Walked in the door after a 3.3 mile run and caught my wife..........Hitting up some P90X Cardio X!!!!!!! Hell yeah!!!!! Very proud she jumped into that....it's a rough and tough start for sure, but I know she burned off some goop!! Even did some stuff with the heavy bag afterwards!! So naturally I had to join in!!

Calorie Burn waaay off
I'm noticing that the calorie burn is waaaay off here. Anyone else notice that? I'm seeing that I'm burning 500 calories during a 3 mile run....that's just NOT true!! Sodium intake question
I take in roughly 2500-3500mg of sodium everyday. That being said, I drink about 10-12 cups of water a day, and sweat buckets working out for 60-75 minutes 6days a week, so should I "really" be concerned?
