Has anyone experienced any help with weight loss by drinking at least 3 cup of green tea a day? I read and heard places that it actually helps; was just wondering if any here has a personal experience with it! I started on Monday drinking it 3x a day so I haven't any feedback yet. Thanks everyone!!
