Green Tea

Has anyone experienced any help with weight loss by drinking at least 3 cup of green tea a day? I read and heard places that it actually helps; was just wondering if any here has a personal experience with it! I started on Monday drinking it 3x a day so I haven't any feedback yet.

    Don't know if it's helping because I'm doing so many things but I will tell you that I loose 1 - 2 lbs a week and I drink 2-3 a day green tea and at least 1 rooibos (red) tea.

    It's an antioxident so I'm pretty certain it's not hurting.

    Green tea will increase your metabolism which leads to more calories burned. It will also increase your body's ability to burn fat (fat oxidant)
