Morning MFP! Just curious if anyone has followed the guidelines over at fat2fitradio.com to determiner how many calories they should eat per day to get to their goal weight?
Mine is at 2189. (25 yr old female, 150 lbs currently, GW 133, BF 30%, moderate exercise)
Just wondering if anyone has used this tool and if its working for you!
Thanks

I think the fat2fit calculators are about as accurate as you can get w/o going to the Dr. as long as you read and understand everything, i.e. maintnence calories, BMR vs. TDEE, ext.0
