Hey MFP peeps! I have a quick question for anyone with knowledge about the TDEE. I calculated mine, then subtracted 500 to get my daily intake. So, when MFP gives me back exercise calories on top of that, can I eat them? Or should I stick with only my TDEE? Thanks for any info!!!
