TDEE vs. Exercise Calories

Hey MFP peeps! I have a quick question for anyone with knowledge about the TDEE. I calculated mine, then subtracted 500 to get my daily intake. So, when MFP gives me back exercise calories on top of that, can I eat them? Or should I stick with only my TDEE?
Thanks for any info!!!

Nope
If you're working from TDEE you already accounted for exercise0 -
no TDEE includes exercise calories...
If it confuses you change the exercise calories to 10 -

if you're doing TDEE then you exercise activity is already accounted for and thus an estimate of those requisite calories are accounted for...so you would be double dipping.
The only reason you log and "eat back" exercise calories when you're doing MFP is because MFP is a NEAT method calculator for which your activity level is only your day to day hum drum...exercise is unaccounted for activity...you account for that activity and thus an estimate of those calorie requisites when you log that activity and thus earn calories to eat back.
If you're doing TDEE there's no reason to log your exercise activity in MFP. Most people just log it as 1 calorie if at all.0 -
