Anyone doing Insanity?
I just started eating paleo/primal about 4 1/2 days ago. I have had a hard time finding enough things to eat to make up for my Insanity workouts. Should I just start eating sweet potatoes to get in some carbs? I have been super low on carbs so that was my only idea! Any advice would be appreciated!

What keeps you going in the very beginning?
I made it 4 1/2 days going paleo then gave in yesterday and had both dairy and bread. What keeps you going in the beginning before you get used to it? How long does it take you to stay on track? I already noticed immediately how instantly bloated I was when I ate those foods, it was terrible! Any advice is appreciated!

How many of you are set at 1200 Calories a day?
MFP has me set at 1200 calories a day. I have read a few places on here that pretty much nobody should be set to that and you should up your calories and you will lose more.
