I'm really sick of not loosing weight. *sigh*
I've hit a plateau I suspect- as the number refuses to budge. I take inch measurements as well, which I'll be doing in 4 days (once a month), but I'm not seeing my clothes fit differently, so I'm not expecting much there either. I'm not giving up, but it's really, REALLY frustrating. :(

quick protein snack that isn't a shake or bar???
Any ideas? I try to plan my meals ahead of time, but sometimes it doesn't always work out. I find that every now and then, I need a good protein snack that is low in fat that doesn't require a lot of prep time. What I don't want: shakes or protein bars. I use those already and I really need to find something different.

Figure out how many calories burned strength training?
I found this website, and it allows you to enter in your weight, exercise and how long, and you get different variations of the exercise, examples of calories burned, and a video on how to properly perform the exercise. It's really helping me get an idea of how many calories I burn during a variety of strength training…
