How do you log in Wii Fit workouts?
I just got this yesterday & absolutely love it but how do you guys log in the exercises? Like last night I worked out a total of 30 minutes but it was broken up into 2-5 minute sessions of different exercises. Would I just log it as aerobic? Thanks for the help!

When is the best time to take your measurements??
I've been working out for 3 weeks now & thought I'd see where my measurements were now & it was more. How can this be? Do you somehow retain fluid or something after you work out? Since my HRM is broke can anyone tell me how many calories they burn while doing the Slim in 6, with the Start it Up & Ramp it Up please. I weigh 150 and am about 5'7" if that helps anyone. Thanks in advance!

I shredded (30 day shred with Jillian) with Level 1 Monday & did Level 2 this morning. Holy cow these are intense! My problem is though that I bought yet another calorie counter (my last 1 didn't have a heart rate monitor on it) & it says I've only burned like 50 calories after the shred. Could that be right? I just started doing Level 1 this morning & was wondering how many calories I'm burning. I weigh 150 & am 5'7" if that helps to figure this out. I'm hoping somehow with close to my same height & weight & does this workout can give me an idea of how many calories I've burned. Thanks!
