Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Amy & I've just started back on the exercise track & am determined to lose this extra flab I have hanging around my middle! I hope that this website helps me stay on track, the longest I've been able to stay on track as far as exercising is 8 weeks & I felt so much better about myself, I wish I would've stuck with it. Oh well, this is a new beginning right?
