I just started this morning & it was tough but proud of myself for doing it because I've never been a runner! Does anyone have a HRM to know exactly how many calories you burn or what do you log it in as? I'm currently 143 lbs & 5'7". Thanks for any responses & good luck to all of you!

I just got this yesterday & absolutely love it but how do you guys log in the exercises? Like last night I worked out a total of 30 minutes but it was broken up into 2-5 minute sessions of different exercises. Would I just log it as aerobic? Thanks for the help!

I have Hip Hop Abs & really love it! I just got it in the mail last week & started doing it the same day, it really doesn't feel like it's a workout as far as looking at the clock trying to figure out when you're going to be done. I got them about 5 years ago & still really like doing them. As previously posted, she's great about getting your legs in shape! I do it mostly for that because I also do the Hip Hop Abs dvd's & love them! Good luck!

I have one, an Eclipse, & I really like it. Kicks my butt every time! I usually try to do it 2-3 times a week but just got my Hip Hop Abs dvd's so I'm switching it up a little!

I shredded (30 day shred with Jillian) with Level 1 Monday & did Level 2 this morning. Holy cow these are intense! My problem is though that I bought yet another calorie counter (my last 1 didn't have a heart rate monitor on it) & it says I've only burned like 50 calories after the shred. Could that be right?
