Slim in 6 help

Since my HRM is broke can anyone tell me how many calories they burn while doing the Slim in 6, with the Start it Up & Ramp it Up please. I weigh 150 and am about 5'7" if that helps anyone. Thanks in advance!

    I don't have a HRM, but wanted to say good luck w/ SI6! I think the Slim & 6pack is one of my fav ab workouts! :wink:

    I also like the SI6.. but I dont have a Hrm. SOrry... But if anyone has one Im 5'7 also and 193pounds... About how many caloreis do you think i burn?
