I've been using it for the past three days (varying from 30 minutes, 15 minutes, even 6) and despite my efforts, I can't find how many calories are burned in the process! Can anyone offer some insight? Thanks!

how do you satisfy your sweet tooth?!
So I'm pretty good with exercising (dance 3 times a week) and running and such...and calorie-counting isn't as much of an issue as it used to be... BUT I can't find anything that'll satisfy my sweet tooth! Mostly for chocolate. And ice cream :P. Help??

ate too much and FREAKING OUT
So I was on a pretty strict diet/exercise regimen, but because of the bbq i had tonight and the dessert that followed, i at 400-500 calories more than I was supposed to!! is it healthy to workout every day?
Hi I was just wondering if it is healthy for you and your muscles to work out everyday. This can include cardio, strength (like jillian michaels 30 day shred), or any type of stretching.
