Running Everyday
I run 5 miles everyday for a couple of months now and i have two questions if anyone has answers: 1. Do i need to take a break every x amount of days. I never do rest days I workout everyday. 2. I am only 20 but i have heard that runners usually have problems with their knees when they get older, how can i prevent that?

Help Motivate!
Over the summer i lost 20 pounds now im back at college and im missing my motivation. I still exercise and eat right but over the summer i had so much control over my eating now i feel like i am always hungry and i just give into it. How do i get that summer drive back and beat hunger???

Does anyone know a good punishment for having random out of control binging? Adaptive Motion Trainer Good Exercise?
There is an adaptive motion trainer at my gym but i never see anyone on it? Does anyone know anything about it will i get a good workout or should i stick to my treadmill im looking to burn like 400-600 calories in 40 minutes like i do now will this do the trick?

Workout Bloating
Does any one have any tricks to not bloat at the end of workouts??? Also, i started doing a lot of abs and exercise.. is it possible to do too much abs? because now they stick out and make me look like i have a big stomach but if you touch it, its hard as a rock HELP please :)
