Adaptive Motion Trainer Good Exercise?

There is an adaptive motion trainer at my gym but i never see anyone on it? Does anyone know anything about it will i get a good workout or should i stick to my treadmill im looking to burn like 400-600 calories in 40 minutes like i do now will this do the trick?

i do it and it kicks my *kitten*...you have to power it with all you've got in you...i do intervals and do 10/4/10/4 for about 45 mins to an hour...youll be glad you did0

and per my HRM i burn anywhere between 350 and 550 depending on how hard i push it and how long i do it...0

ah okay thanks! how do you log that in on here? because i know you cant just take what the cardio machines say you burned because it isnt accurate0

I was wondering the same thing. (for the record, I agree with @freshstart4me. It is so hard. I am always running off after completing my own cooldown and ignoring the machines cooldown due to exhaustion!)0
