Fresh and Easy lunch options??
I am an unemployed wife, so I spend a lot of time at home. My husband always takes last nights leftovers to work. I find breakfast easy to make and have ideas, but lunch is always a mystery for me. Adding protein to smoothies? Yes or No?
I am trying to get over a plateau. I've lost 33 lbs and part of that was drinking smoothies in the morning. My typical smoothie is 1 cup of fat free skim milk, half a cup of strawberries, 1 tbs. of peanut butter for flavor, protein and to help feeling fuller longer.
