I have fallen HARD off the paleo/crossfit wagon for the last 8 weeks. I'm not a fan of logging my food while eating Paleo but I'm afraid it may be the only thing that will help me get back on track. Calorie increase??
So I've hit a serious plateau and I'm considering increasing my calorie intake to see if that will help. I'm training for a marathon and running and crosstraining 5-6 days per week. Has anyone had success by increasing their calorie intake???

Help! This plateau is stealing my motivation!!!
Another week and no movement on the scale...only down 2lbs in the last month. Sooooo incredibly frustrating. Today it seems my motivation is gone. Just hoping I get it back tomorrow.
